For any item damaged or lost during shipment, please contact us in the moment of receiving the item or if it never reaches. Send us pictures and describe the problem via e-mail. We’ll arrange the way to get back the item and ship a new one.
Undamaged returns will be refunded for the 100% cost of the piece if returned within 30 days of receipt of the item (this includes return shipping time). Return shipping and insurance is buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Previously, the customer should indicate their intention to return the product by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll inform you the precise instructions for returning the product. The return can not take place in any case if the products supplied were clearly put to use. Products must be returned imperatively properly protected in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or dirtied by the client) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. The costs and risks associated with returning the product will be charged to the sender, who will send them safely and with the necessary guarantees that the returned goods arrive in perfect condition.
The refund in the customer’s account, as a result of this return, will be made as soon as possible from the receipt of goods by Kinetic Armatures, and always after checking the good conditions of the item.
